1. How long will my delivery take?

Usually, it will take 2-3 business days to confirm your payment and to process your order. For air mail, it will take 2 weeks, as all items are shipped from Hong Kong. For DHL express, it will only take 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

www.jekca.co only handles all the deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. For other locations, please visit www.jekca.com

3. How much does the delivery cost?

At the moment. we offer FREE shipping to Australia and New Zealand addresses by air mail. You can also pay for DHL express when you check out, and the cost depends on the weight of your order.
