3. Cancellation or change of mind

If the product is in new condition and be returned in 30 calendar days in their original packaging with all included accessories, you can get a full refund.  Please contact us for details.

1. Is JEKCA product safe?

Our products meet the safety requirements of EN71, ASTM, CPSIA & CCC and are completely safe!! But they are not suitable for kids under 3 years old due to the small parts.

2. Are my personal details safe?

Yes, we are committed to protect your privacy and personal information and your information will be used for fulfilling your orders and our promotion only.

1. Is this a genuine JEKCA online shop?

Yes! www.jecka.co is completely operated by JEKCA. It is a specific online shop for Australian amd New Zealand customers.

2. Do you provide custom-made service?

We are sorry that we cannot provide custom-made service. If you have any building ideas, you are welcome to email us at info@jekca.co

3. Are the items come assembled?

No. You will assemble it yourself based on the manual in the kit. The procedure is easy to follow with well illustrated pictures.​​​​​​​
